The $63 million – 11,000 square metre expansion brings the centre’s total to over 120 retailers and brands.. The project commenced in August 2019, and was completed in stages to meet our client’s requirements in July 2020.
The broad scope of the works, involving everything from core infrastructure through to the installation of high-quality mall lighting meant that there were as many as 42 of the TES team on-site during some stages of the project.
Design, supply, install & commission the complete HV system, LV distribution, lighting & power, communications, people counting, PV array, security, CCTV, PA & generator systems.
As the electrical contractor for this project, TES Electrical was responsible for all electrical high and low voltage services including switchboards, lighting & lighting control, power, communications, metering, access control, intercoms, security and fire systems.
The works included 3 x new HV substations, a new 550 bay carpark, 30 specialty stores and a new full line Woolworths supermarket.
