The redevelopment of the new Summit headquarters in Myaree involved the construction of a new contemporary 3 story office and show room display hub comprising of approx 5350m2 of floor area and also undercroft parking.
To supply, install and commission lighting, power, emergency lighting, security, MATV, Intercom, voice & data communications infrastructure, fire detection system &, AMR metering.
To supply, install and commission all lighting, power, access control, security, CCTV, lighting control, fire and back-up generator systems for the new Water Corporation of WA’s office facility.
The installation of the principal electrics and the communications, security and fire alarm systems to the new, $40M headquarters for the Authority and the ‘000 emergency call’ centre, located in Cockburn.
This project involved major building renovations along with the complete refurbishment of the old building which housed both the Sunday Times offices and its printing factory.
To supply and install lighting, power, access control, data and communications to the 3 storey, Dale Alcock Central Head Office.
