The Hotel Rottnest Resort redevelopment (now known as the Samphire Rottnest) located on Rottnest Island offering premium accommodation on the island. TES Electrical was contracted to carry out complete electrical works including all general power & lighting throughout.
This new exciting development in the heart of Perth’s CBD adjacent to the luxurious King St district was inspired by the portraiture of the renowned Australian street artist Matt Adnate.
A first for Perth – this type of build design for a hotel was entrusted to TES to oversee the complete electrical works including design and compliance inspection meetings overseas.
TES were engaged to carry out the complete electrical services to 3 x Quest Hotel Developments.
Supply, install and commission all lighting, power, access control, security, Foxtel & MATV, lighting control, fire and communications system to a residential development.
To supply, install and commission all lighting, power, access control, security, CCTV, audio- visual, lighting control, fire and communications system to the new Joondalup resort function centre.
