The new $48 million 5-level Science facility building at the Edith Cowan University – Joondalup Campus was developed for students studying science, medical and nursing courses.

Byford Secondary School Stage 3 comprises of a 4,200m2 two storey building that integrates design with functionality.
The works incorporated stage 2 of the ever-expanding High School, which included a new Gymnasium, new state of the art Performing Arts Theatre building, Hydro-Therapy Pool and more.
