The Project
The Verdant Apartments project was a 21 storey residential development in the Perth CBD on the fringe of Perth’s culture, arts and dining precinct.
Designed with a commitment to environmental initiatives by maximizing the use of natural light and ventilation, a strong focus was also placed on energy efficiency, thus being designed to achieve a GreenStar rating.
The building incorporates a unique 3-storey living green wall; a vertical expanse of lush greenery right in the heart of the city along with a car share system and bicycles available for resident use.
Overview
The project consisted of 136 residential Apartments across 19 levels, gymnasium and function spaces and a rooftop pool & terrace.
TES Electrical were contracted to carry out the complete electrical general lighting and power installations including, Communications, MATV, Fire detection, Audio visual system, Security and access control, CCTV & Intercom.
Timeline
The project commenced in May 2017 and completed in March 2019 meeting deadline and clients satisfaction.
