The Project
The Tribe Hotel project designed to purposely transform the Australian hotel market with its innovative & state of the art modular designs. The hotel houses 126 luxury pre-fabricated guest rooms over nine storeys.
The hotel was built using contemporary modular methodology resulting in a high-end, affordable accommodation option in West Perth. Construction using modular technology is considered to be more efficient than the average builds. Aimed at the new breed of modern day travellers that are tech-savvy and environmentally aware, the modular design placed a strong emphasis on functional design utilising high quality finishes along with maximisation of space.

A first for Perth - this type of build design for a hotel was entrusted to TES to oversee the complete electrical works including design and compliance inspection meetings overseas.
The project included 126 guest rooms distributed over seven levels, ground floor lobby and utility spaces along with a upper car parking level.
TES Electrical were contracted to carry out all electrical general lighting and power installation including, lighting control & monitored emergency lighting, fire detection & EWIS System, Security and access control, CCTV & MATV, Intercom & traffic management system.
