The Project
TES were engaged to carry out the complete electrical services to 3 x Quest Hotel Developments. The works includes LV distribution, lighting, power, communications, fire systems, access control, Saflock systems, MATV and safe systems.
Overview
The Quest Hotel projects were located & comprised of the following;
- Quest Rockingham – 7 storey, 76 room apartment / hotel
- Quest Mounts Bay Perth – 7 storey, 100 room apartment / hotel
- Quest Adelaide Terrace, East Perth – 19 storey, 130 room apartment / hotel
All three Quest projects run concurrently and close management was required to ensure any changes made to one hotel were documented and made available to the management of other projects, thus ensuring all projects were built to the latest specifications.
Timeline
The complexes were constructed over a 2 year period with TES resourcing the projects to meet the client’s expectations.
