The Prime House project is a 12,100 sqm eight-storey A-grade office development to be tenanted by three Government departments- Water, Environmental Regulation and the Office of the Environmental Protection Authority with the inclusion of a 146 car bay located on the first two levels
Overview
The Prime House project consisted of an 8 story building with 6 levels of offices and 2 levels of carpark. The electrical system included replacement of Site main switchboard and HV sub-station, Building main switchboard, floor DB including Load shedding, lighting control system, Energy metering system, 2 x 1100Kva Generators and fuel transfer system and a 70Kva Solar PV system.
This development was also developed with the energy efficient & environmental credentials of a 5 Star Green Star rating and 4.5 NABERS rating.
Timeline
The project starting in started in January 2017 and completed in April 2018.
