The apartments contain 91 Apartments & Penthouses with associated car parking, resident’s recreation centre including sauna, gym, yoga room, water sports storage room & ground floor amenities including a café, office tenancy and public piazza.

TES Electrical’s scope work included the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of the following elements;
- All general Lighting & Power incl. Emergency Lighting
- Switchboards & Apartment Load Centres
- Fire Detection & Alarm System
- Security & Access Control
- CCTV & Intercom
- Communications & MATV System
- Automated Meter Reading (AMR) System
- Lighting Control
Timeline
The project commenced in September 2018 and was completed in March 2020.
