Timeline
The initial project was completed over a period of less than nine months, However, with TES now contracted to assist with the fit-out, the work is ongoing.
Overview
The Cockburn Health Development consists of a library and medical centre, with a basement car-park, ground and first floor with public and private use.
The works included the installation of the Western Power transformer room and a new site main switchboard and local switchboard throughout the project, feeding their respective areas. These items took detailed planning and scheduling to ensure the client met the tight construction timeframe.
The project builder initially employed on the project struck financial difficulties and was replaced midway through the development. TES demonstrated the strength of its management processes by working seamlessly with both builders to ensure the successful completion of the project.
Additional work has been requested with the fit-out of the Super Clinic, an endorsement of the quality of the work performed throughout the main project.
