Cirque Apartments

The Project

Cirque Apartments is a 20 level building comprising of 111 luxury residential apartments, residential communal facilities including pool, spa, sauna, gym, private dining, cocktail bar, theatre, lounge/library & associated car parking.

TES were engaged to supply, install and commission all lighting, power, access control, security, MATV, CCTV & Intercom, lighting control, high voltage and communications systems. The major scope of works included;

  • 1250a site main switchboard & floor distribution boards
  • 800A Busduct up to the riser to the L19
  • Private metering & monitoring system
  • Dry Fire system
  • NBN pathways & Comms Cabling
  • 60kw 200 panel PV system
  • Lightning Protection

Overview

The project was a Design & Construct which brings out the best in the TES team & provides the challenges & lateral thinking to bring the project to a successful completion. The design also had to incorporate the exacting requirements & reporting to acheive the GBCA 5 Star GreenStar rating and Cirque Apartments is the first residential building to achieve this in Western Australia.

Attention to detail and close liaisons with the builder, architect & interior designer were paramount throughout the project to ensure the highest level of finishes. Incorporated in the overall design was the individual apartment owner's requests that involved anything from changing outlet plate covers to infloor electric heating & heating powered toilets.

Timeline

The project commenced in May 2017, and was completed in January 2019.
