The Project
Australis Apartments project was a $40million retirement living development featuring 86 luxury apartments complete with resort style facilities including a sparkling pool, relaxing sauna, gym, kitchen, café, hairdressing salon, function room, communal rooms and bowling green.
Rossmoyne Waters by Adventist Care is based in Perth’s southern region. The redevelopment of the site for Stage 1included 86 new apartments over seven storey’s with 15 apartment styles along with a basement car parking area.
Overview
TES Electrical were contracted to carry out the complete electrical general lighting and power installations including the following;
- Intelligent lighting control system
- Emergency lighting
- Voice & data communications infrastructure
- Fire detection system & Occupant warning system
- Audio visual system
- Security and access control,
- Private AMR (automatic metering reading) power consumption metering system
- IPTV system
- CCTV system
- Video Intercom system.
Timeline
The project commenced in May 2017 and completed in April 2019 meeting deadline and clients satisfaction.
