The Project
TES carried out the supply & installation of all electrical services including Switchboards, Distribution boards, Submains, 1600amp Busduct, MATV, CCTV, Communications, Light & Power, Metering System, Lightning Protection, Fire detection, Intercom & Access Control.
Overview
The building had 21 floors compromising of 102 apartments & 33 commercial tenancies. The high level of finishes that were paramount to the client together with a tight building program developed by the builder brought out the best in the TES operation & management systems.
Many of the Architectural features required close co-ordination with other trades to ensure a seamless integration of the electrical infrastructure.
Timeline
The project commenced in Jan 2015 & was completed on time in Dec 2016 (23 month duration). TES promptly allocated the senior team to this project & provided adequate time for the strategic planning & implementation of procedures to monitor the project.
They were also able to thoroughly examine all documentation & foresee any discrepancies that would normally be evident only at the time of building. All materials & labour were allocated in a timely manner to ensure TES performed efficiently, effectively & maintained progress for the duration of the project.
