The Harrisdale Shopping complex was a new development within the up & coming Piara Waters estate. The works included 3 x new HV substations, a new 550 bay carpark, 30 specialty stores and a new full line Woolworths supermarket.

The Project
To supply, install and commission lighting, power, access control, security, CCTV, lighting control, high voltage system, communications, and people-counting system.
Overview
The Harrisdale Shopping complex was a new development within the up & coming Piara Waters estate.
The works included 3 x new HV substations, a new 550 bay carpark, 30 specialty stores and a new full line Woolworths supermarket.
The centre achieved a 4 star Greenstar retail design certification and has become a thriving centre for the Piara Waters community.
Timeline
The project commenced in June 2015 and was completed in July 2016. Due to the fast paced build program every detail was planned precisely to ensure the works were completed in line with the client’s expectations.
