The Project
Testing & CommissioningThe works incorporated stage 2 of the ever expanding High School, which included a new Gymnasium, new state of the art Performing Arts Theatre building, Hydro-Therapy Pool, Industrial Arts Block, two general learning Blocks, & a new education support learning community block for special needs students and extended car park & walkways.
All of the above works were closely co-ordinated to ensure minimum duration to the operational existing Stage 1 School.
Timeline
The programme for this project included a 60 week duration with a staged handover for each of the 6 buildings. Each handover date was achieved and met with the clients satisfaction.
