Maintenance Programs

Focus on First Time Fix and Self delivery is key to our success with only specialist services being subcontracted giving us control of our service delivery.

We are continuously monitoring our internal KPI’s to ensure control measures are kept to maximize efficiencies.

Scheduling

Send the correct operative (with correct van stock) to carry out the works on the first visit. All operatives are controlled by our schedulers utilising GPRS technology to meet client requirements.

Reactive Cover  

Ensure sufficient resources are available; TES offers a range of reactive callout services from critical, emergency call out, 4hr, 8hr or same day services.

Technical Support

Provide full technical support and clear escalation process for engineers, both in hours and out of hours.

Van Stock

Our bespoke software monitors both usage trends and stock levels across the fleet ensuring engineers have the correct and most up to date products and stock levels.

Out of Hours Procurement

Agreements in place with our Suppliers to open out of hours for business-critical callouts & our existing warehouse stock.

Bespoke Software

M.E software in-house built and maintained. Our highly sophisticated software has been designed to accurately plan & schedule all works, forecast and allocate labour & materials. Tailored to client requirements with scheduling options such as authorisation limits, the system works in conjunction with all of our fleet of vehicles being fitted with a wireless GPS system that allows us to track each vehicle at all times.

TES’s fleet of maintenance vehicles are fully equipped with all the necessary equipment required for emergency purposes and routine maintenance. Using only quality products and equipment, our professional & experienced technicians are qualified to fault find and carry out any type of electrical fault that may arise to protect your business & assets against potential electrical hazards.

Combined with our inhouse monitoring system for bookings and planning – Our Management & Maintenance Coordinators have full visibility at all times allowing us to promptly book & action all callouts swiftly.
