A Systemised Approach
TES has an integrated management system for quality, environment and safety and is committed to continuous improvement. We place a strong emphasis on managing health, safety and environmental risks through the use of our web-based Integrated Management System. This system has been developed to comply with Best Practice and the following Australian and International Standards:

AS/NZS 4801:2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems

Our streamlined management structure leads a large team of qualified tradespeople and utilises the best methods - in particular, making sure our own personnel project manage all jobs reducing the role played by sub-contractors. TES has a long history of employing and training electrical apprentices and trades assistants. Details of staff qualifications and longevity with TES are available upon request.
Supported by well-resourced administrative, accounts and IT staff, TES has embraced modern technology with a sophisticated computer network linking all projects... from management to timelines, to materials, costing and tendering on new projects, whilst complying with contracts, occupational safety and health, environmental and quality control requirements.
